The Past Supreme Ruler Conclave of East Lancashire met this evening at Rawtenstall Masonic Hall for their installation.
The Current and Installing Supreme Ruler Wy.Bro. Allan Edge open the Conclave and the Supreme Ruler elect Wy.Bro. David L. Greenhalgh was presented by R.Wy.Bro. Stephen Jackson . Then followed a very enjoyable ceremony to Install David into the Chair, assisted by members of the Conclave.

David who many of you know as the Assistant Provincial Grand Summus in our sister Order and also the Provincial Grand Almoner for the OSM was then very please to invest his officers for the two degrees for his year in Office in a delightful ceremony.

The brethren were then treated to a wonderful five course festive board acompanied with harmonious conversation by all.
