This years East Lancashire Craft annual Provincial Meeting saw Howard Stephen Nuttall who lead the Order of the Secret Monitor before taking over the Scarlet Cord meet with the two current heads of the respective Orders, R.Wy.Bro. Christian Alaxander Givvons who is the current head of the OSM in East Lancashire and R.Dist.Comp. Allan Martin Shields who is now the head of the Scarlet Cord having taken over from Howard this February.
