Friday 21st April saw the Installation Meeting at the Past Supreme Rulers Conclave of East Lancashire saw Wy.Bro. David Rigby the Supreme Ruler of the Conclave carry out a first class ceremony when he installed Wy.Bro. Alan S. Edge into the chair of the Conclave, in a ceremony witnessed by the Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, R.Wy.Bro. Christian A. Givvons and under the direction of V.Wy.Bro. Stephen P. Holcroft, the Deputy of the Province and the director of ceremonies of the Conclave.
