In February this year Howard Stephen Nuttall stood down as the Provincial Grand Summus of the Scarlet Cord, A job he only took on after being the head of the Order of the Secret Monitor for the seven previous years. To Mark this occasion and all the other hard work he had invested into the Progressive Orders administered from Mark Masons Hall, The Scarlet Cord decided to host a special meal for him at Rochdale Masonic Hall to mark this momentous occasion, open to all members of the Progressive Orders and it was held in the ballroom of Rochdale Masonic Hall
